SWINE BREEDING CLASS DELETED

The Breeding Class under Swine has been deleted due to the lack of participation.

RABBIT DIVISION- Adjustments

We went through the Rabbit Area and cleaned up some verbiage and clarified other areas. Please read Premium Book pg. 28!

ROUND ROBIN

Added #7 note under Round Robin. Premium Book Pg. 11.

FEEDER VEAL CLASS

New feeder veal class. Please see Premium Book pg. 19 under veal division.

TURKEY MEAT PENS

Added turkey meat pens class. See Premium Book pg.31 under Poultry.

OVERWEIGHT VEAL

Veal over 330lbs can do showmanship this year!

EARTAG POLICY

Clubs have the option of tagging their animals prior to weigh-in. Call Lynne (788-1589) to get your tags. Clubs that checkout tags but fail to insert them will be charged a $5 fee per animal. See Premium Book, Page 4, Rule 17.

MAINTENANCE FEE

Each exhibitor will be charged a $5 fee. Only one fee is owed regardless of how many species or projects are being exhibited. ALL Exhibitors (except Primary) pay the maintenance fee.

SHEEP AND GOAT SCRAPIE TAGS

All sheep and goats must have an official individual identification: either a Scrapie tag or registration tattoo and registration papers. See Premium Book, Page 4, Rule 11.

Exhibitor Checks and Photographs will be available for pick up in the lobby of the Ramona Branch of Bank of America on Friday, August 24th, from 2:00 - 5:00 PM. All remaining checks will be mailed to exhibitors.

Fair Evaluation will be held on Wednesday, September 5th at 7:00 PM at the Ramona Outdoor Community Center (ROCC) at 421 Aqua Lane, Ramona CA.
